From competition to cooperation

You've seen it before.  Business units in the same organization all tripping over each other.  The result of M&As. I was asked to step in and facilitate a workshop to help the C-suite leaders co-create a future path for success for the organization. 

I always start in the same place.  Something everyone can agree on.  And then we move forward from there.  In this case, it was agreement that the organization wanted to grow, reduce complexity, and make it easier for customers to understand the value of the whole. #bettertogether
